Diddo and Reflect documentation

someone knows how to provide a link where you can find information on using ditto and reflectr? all the links I've found are off-line ... :-(

Pogwatch is still alive and kicking for Ditto, though I've never got into Reflect.

Attached is a zip file of the old ditto.modxcms.com; no images, but a lot of useful info.

Unfortunately i need documentation about Reflect... I do not understand how to use it.
I know well ditto and i use often it, but Ditto and Reflect together is a mistery :-(
