I am having an issue installing MODx. I have installed MODx on several other servers, and have never run in to this problem before. Anway... So I downloaded MODx 0.9.6, and untar-ed it. Then I set the necessary permissions as directed in the README, and created the manager/includes/config.inc.php, and set its permissions as well. So I go to the site where I installed MODx and it shows the red box asking if you want to install, so I click on the link, and it brings be up to the page install/index.php and I select a language and hit next. The problem is when I hit next, it stays on the language selection page, except now action is set to welcome: install/index.php?action=welcome. It never goes to the next page? What is going on?

    I am running the following:
    FreeBSD 6.2
    Apache 2.2.4
    PHP 5.2.3 with the Suhosin-Patch

I have tried setting different permissions and even new owners: I have tried chown-ing to root:root, root: wheel, www:www, and nothing works. I looked though Apache and PHP’s conf/ini files and everything looks fine. Any suggestions? I can give more info, specs or things I have tried if that would be helpful.
