Apologies if this is in the wrong place - I didn't see a dedicated thread for Shopkeeper 1.3.5. Long story short, I installed Shopkeeper once and got it working, then lost a lot of work when our webhost got hacked. Now I'm trying to retrace my steps, but Shopkeeper refuses to cooperate at all. I'm hoping someone with experience with it can tell me where I went wrong.
Here is the page with the problems:
http://staging.altny.com/primaloft/sales-materials/sales-materials-catalog.html
login: cart.tester, w: tester
Shopkeeper call:
[!Shopkeeper? &lang=`en` &cartType=`full` ¤cy=`USD` &orderFormPage=`904` &gotoid=`905` &noJQuery=`1` &style=`0` &cartTpl=`sales-order-cart` &cartRowTpl=`sales-order-row`!]
So the first problem is that if I set &cartType to `full` or `small`, it uses the `empty` portion of the cart chunk. If use `empty` it doesn't create a cart at all. The 'More' link for each individual product also doesn't link out properly. I am storing the items in the database as opposed to individual resources.
If I hack up the shopping cart chunk, so I force it to use the "full" cart (the snippet is supposed to choose from different parts of the chunk, so I'm just making all the parts the same), adding items to the cart makes the placeholders appear instead of the actual items. For example, the cart will actually show "[+inner+][+price+]" or something like that. I attached a screenshot. There seems to be some kind of disconnect between the parser and the snippet, where the snippet can't grab the information it needs.
Sorry for being so long-winded, but I'm just completely frustrated and baffled by what's happening.
