Formz Radio Button

I'm in the process of building another website in Modx!

I'm working on my forms for this new website and started to use Formz. So far I am loving it, but have one small snag. I am trying to add a radio button. In Formz I select "Radio Button." It then gives me the option to put in "Values." The problem I'm having is I can only enter one. How do I put multiple radio buttons for 1 question?

Here is an example of the form just starting to be build out. The radio button is "Medicaid Accepted."

Enter multiple values by using double pipe symbol ||.

radio1||radio2||radio3
