    Hi there,

I've been developing websites with modx some time now, but there is one bug/issue that's really bothering me.
Sometimes when I open or save a resources/chunk/tv/etc. the resource tree doesn't reload correctly, thus losing it's current state. It sometimes even shows me the file tree, while I was working in the resource tree!

The strange thing is, is that it's happening random, I can't pinpoint it to a single action.

Does anyone know a fix for this? Or does anyone experience the same thing? I've been looking around the forum, but I couldn't find a solution there.

    Thanks in advance!

    Whoops, forgot:
I'm using ModX 2.2.4. I'm on OSX 10.8 while using Google Chrome Version 21.0.1180.89.

      That's odd.

Do you happen to have another tab open with a different view?

Does it ever happen in Firefox?

I get this from time to time (Firefox). I just never paid much attention to it because (at least in my experience) on all sites heavy Javascript interfaces, especially extJS, tend to be a little flaky anyway.

I did some testing with Firefox (14.0.1):
(the only tab I had, was the one with the manager)
Whenever I opened a resource, it went to the file tree
Then I opened a template and a TV, also the file tree

Then I openen a chunk, it stayed on the elements tree!
I opened a resource again, it stayed on the resource tree
Opened a template again, and it stayed on the elements tree.

So like I said, complete randomness..

I know that those javascript interfaces can be buggy, but this is quite annoying. Especially for the clients who have to 'work' with ModX.
