Non case-sensitive URLs and Friendly URLs -- not working

Hey Guys.

I edited my .htaccess file to allow non case-sensitive URLs as per the wiki:

http://wiki.modxcms.com/index.php/Friendly_URLs_Guide

but it is not working. I am using Friendly URLs in MODx and am not using a prefix or suffix. So my pages look like this:

www.domain.com/Home

However, even with the .htaccess edits, using different cases brings up a 404. Example: www.domain.com/home does not bring up the page Home, but instead the 404 page.

Any ideas? Can I use non case-sensitive URLs and Friendly URLs at the same time?! I hope so.
