    Hi,

    Every time I try uploading a PPT file (just under 4MB) through the resources browser it gives me the error:
    Error, "Failed to upload file, internal error..."

    I’ve added the file extension (ppt) to Uploadable File Types and I’ve raised the Maximum upload size to 5242880, and it still won’t work.

    I see there are some posts about this in the German forum but I can’t make out what they say. What do I do to get it to work?

      Hi - No I didn’t create a new folder, I’ve been trying to upload them to existing folders which already contain uploaded DOC and PDF files.

        Also, there’s two places where you can define uploadable filetypes:

        Tools -> Configuration -> Interface & Featuers
        and:
        Tools -> Configuration -> File-Manager

        Ah - does the File manager tab refer to MODx’s File Manager module, or the MPCUK connector? I’m guessing the latter as pdf and doc are not specified on Tools -> Configuration -> Interface & Features and still work, but I wanted to make sure.
