One of the sites I made is using MODx Evo with WebloginPE.
But how do i get the user info?
Because I want to make an eform with pre-filled data.
How can I use the WebloginPE placeholders on a non WebloginPE page?

You can't. You'll need to use an eForm event such as &eFormOnBeforeFormMerge and get the user data you need, adding them to the $fields array so they'll be inserted into your form.
What, exactly are you trying to do? WebLoginPE has a number of functions and forms for viewing and manipulating the user's data.
