Manager M.I.A.

I changed the name of a Chunk (a copy of the default Wayfinder 'MyEmailChunk') refreshed the Manager and now get this no matter what Element or Resource I try:

Could not find action file at: controllers/default/index.php

What gives?

Looks like your cache files got scrambled. Try clearing the cache; if that doesn't help go in and manually remove all the folders in the core/cache folder.
