Want to try the latest Revo 2.2.x version...
I did so I went to the download area of the MODX site -
http://modx.com/download/ and found this:
Current Stable -> 2.2.4
Pre-Release -> 2.2.0 rc1/rc2/rc3 --------- are we counting backwards??
Nightlies -> 2.3.0 --------- now we moving in the right direction, but where is 2.2.5?
Previous releases - what you would expect, all the -pl versions prior to 2.2.4-pl

Today we announced that in the next two weeks (on or around Oct 1) we will release MODX Revolution 2.2.5. Everyone interested in testing is welcome to help ensure all major issues are resolved and no new issues have been introduced.
To test, download the latest timestamped versions of the impending 2.2.5 release below:
modx-2.2.5-dev-20120913.zip
modx-2.2.5-dev-20120913-advanced.zip
We will post new downloads regularly. Please check back daily to get the most recent versions. Please report any issues you find in your testing. Thanks to all of the folks who are currently testing and reporting issues regularly.

but no mention of where to find this latest version.
