Package Manager can not detect Update

Hello,

I have a problem with my package, Upload To Users (yep, the problem continues).
It began when I refreshed the submission when the MODX's extra page went 503, and unfortunately it had caused more problem: the clone packages.
I have had a discussion about this matter with Jay, but it seems the problem has not been solved.

The package manager can not detect the update from the server, because of the following reason:



At the moment, there is a 1.0.2-pl version, which supposed to replace the 1.0.1-pl installed.

Anyone have any idea how to deal with this?
