I installed the FileUpload addon (Bob's) succesfully. Translation is set to Dutch. The only thing that remains untranslated is:
Note: Only files with the following extensions will be accepted.
I translated it in fuouter.chunk.tpl (core/components/fileupload/elements/chunks/fuouter.chunk.tpl), but without result.
A second thing is: how do I get rid of the numbering at the Browse fields (File 1, File 2, etc.)?
Anyone got a clue?
The "Only files . . ." message is in the FuOuterTpl chunk.
To get rid of the numbering, remove these tags from the FuInnerTpl chunk:
[[+fu-caption]][[+fu-number]]

I did translate FuOuterTpl chunk, but the translation does not show! Same with FuInnerTpl: I removed the numbering, but without result. It still shows.
Did you clear the site cache?
Do you have alternative Tpl chunks set in the snippet properties?

Oops, I overlooked the default chunks. I created my own chunks, but the default ones still overruled mine. It now works! Thanks.
Are you using the properties in the snippet tag that tell FileUpload to use your Tpl chunks? That's the best method (that, or using a custom property set), because changes to the default Tpl chunks will be overwritten if you upgrade FileUpload.

Ok, I created my own Tpl chunks and it seems to work now. Strange it didn't work first. Thanks!
