Has anyone successfully used an Ext ItemSelector?

I would like to use Ext 3.4.0's item selector in a CMP. I'm a beginning Ext user, and before I start trying to hack it in there, I thought I would post here and see if anyone has already done it in an addon? If so, a little sample code would be sweet. Thanks!

If you are looking for an easy way to create your CMP you can also have a look into MIGX and its MIGXdb - CMP - configurator.

There is it possible just to use a listbox-multiple inputTVtype for your table-fields
