My Addon Disappeared

I submitted a new version of my addon, and it is awaiting approval. I'm concerned, however, because my addon's disappeared from the MODx Extras site. It is still on the Package Manager Repository. Did I do something wrong by submitting the new version?

Not sure how it was submitted but it may require moderation.

I simply clicked add new version. I did mark deprecate all previous versions,, but I assumed it would not deprecate until it was approved though.

This might be an issue with the submission system, when submitting new versions to existing extras. We'll look into it, though in all likelihood if it is an issue it wont get fixed until we rewrite the Extras system here for 2.3/2.4.

Alright. So, until then, shoud I just use "Update Version"? Will it still trigger an "update" for the package manager?

I guess what I am asking is when should I use "Update Version" and when should I add a "New Version"? [ed. note: fuzzicallogic last edited this post 14 years ago.]

Use New Version, always. We'll try and get the issue sorted.
