    Hello,

i want to add new styles in my TinyMce editor for all the users.

So i go to Tools-->Configuration-->Interface&Features and then in the section 'path to css file ' i put '/assets/templates/folder/custom.css'

then in the section 'css selectors' i put for example H2=title2;H3=title3
    (in custom.css i have .title2 and .title3)

but than when i go to a page to edit, i don't see this selectors.

Does anyone know what i do wrong?

You can do this in System Settings in the manager, filter by Rich-Text Editor. Use an absolute path for the css file.
