I moved a site to a new server and then discovered that while I can download and install new packages via the Package Manager I can't seem to uninstall or reinstall packages that came across with the DB dump.

I do get the error message: "Could not open file for reading: cronmanager-1.1.0-pl.transport.zip?revolution_version=Revolution-2.2.4-pl
MODX could not download the file. You must enable allow_url_fopen, cURL or fsockopen to use remote transport packaging."

But I do have "allow_url_fopen" enabled and it does seem to work fine for fresh package installs. I even used chmod to change permissions on the core/components directory to 777 to make sure that wasn't an issue.

    Any ideas? Manual uninstall/removal process?

    Thanks

Never mind. No transport package, ergo it can't reinstall the transport package. Remove package then install fresh. Works. [smacks forehead] Closed.
