Moved site, now manager isn't working

Looks like you didn't change path in connectors/config.core.php. (check /config.core.php,manager/config.core.php of course)
Also have a look at modx_workspaces table if the path is ok or '{core_path}' ;-)

Remind me not to code when it's late and I'm tired!

I had changed all of the config.core.php files correctly, but in my frustration, I "rm -rf *" the directory and then started again. This time however, I mispelt the path and put in my domain name incorrectly.

Doh.
