    I am using MODX Revolution 2.2.4-pl and I have just installed getfeed-1.0.0-rc1

    It does get the feeds but it also outputs some code see below

    0: Array
    (
        [title] => Kawasaki's Byrne '50/50' for Donington Park BSB
        [link] => http://www.bikesportnews.com/news-detail.cfm?newstitle=Kawasakis-Byrne-50/50-for-Donington-Park-BSB&newsid=7916
        [description] => The Kent man says there is no point in further injuring himself unnecessarily

        [pubdate] => Sat, 05 Sep 0212 00:00:00 GMT
        [summary] => The Kent man says there is no point in further injuring himself unnecessarily

    )

    I have had a few problems with this modx install on this server and wondered if it could be something to do with the server why it outputs like this or does anyone have any other ideas, its all been installed via package manager the site error log shows no errors

    Many thanks

      Looks like a debug output for when no tpl to format the output is found. Are you supposed to define a tpl for this?

        Yes the tpl that was the issue,

        I done a little more searching around and found a sample template which was this something simple like this
        <p><a href="[[+link]]">[[+title]]</a><br />
        [[+summary]]</p>

        There was a clue to this in the article http://rtfm.modx.com/display/ADDON/getFeed
        however it had posted a sample tpl to get things up and running that would have made it complete for simple people like me (-:

        Thanks for the help.

        Cheers

          I have the same problem as the poster above.

          Where should I create that tpl? What should be in it? Thanks in advance smiley

            A snippet's tpl is usually a chunk with the HTML structure you want for each item in a set or list of items. Placeholder tags will supply the dynamic content. The snippet is told what tpl to use with the &tpl=`chunk_name` property. Some snippets, like Wayfinder, may use several tpls.
