It seems that the PHx plugin is not installed properly – the file 'assets/plugins/phx/phx.parser.class.inc.php' is not found in your installation.
Without this plugin the two modifiers are not usable. But you don't necessarily need the PHx plugin for multiTV. The Chunkie class inside multiTV will use its own (limited) PHx parser.
