Searching within MIGX TV's

Anotehr question thats arose as we've been going about our processes. I know I can search within TV's using AdvSearch by Coirico, buit has anything been done to allow searching within MIGx?

I was thinking of using MIGX for news and events alongside some category tagging (a whole different animal i know) but it occured tome taht I wasnt sure If i could search within a MIGx tv by using a custom msql qquery and output it into the search result chunk.

Any thoughts or guidance?

This is actually a good question =)!

you can't search on MIGX-items by mysql, since all its items are stored in one json-string.
If you need mysql-searching/filtering/sorting you will need to use custom-tables and MIGXdb.
