I have a template variable with image input and image output. The TV is for a banner for each resource. The problem is that whenever someone else edit the resource (editor editing text) and not touching the TV, but the banner still disappears. I am not sure why that is and can't seem to find an answer. Please help.
I am using MODX Revolution 2.2.4.

Does this only happen when an 'Editor' makes changes to the resource without touching the TV?
Can an Editor add an image successfully to the TV?
Does the image appear when you (Admin) add an image to the TV?

An editor doesn't have the ability to add or edit the TV; therefore, she can't touch the TV or add an image to the TV.
Yes, when I go in as an admin I can put the image back.
I finally figured out the issue. I didn't define the media source. Now it works like I had expected it to.
