Confused

Hello everyone I just joined and I really like this cms.

Ok I just made a template. I got it to work fine on the site. But when I go to try to edit content. What i type in does not show on the page.

For example I would goto document content. which is empty even though i made a template nothing is in the document content textbox. Anyway I might type "hello eveyone". and save it. But when i preview the stuff I typed will not show up.

The only way it shows up is if I edit the template. Is it suppose to work this way? and if so what is the document content textbox for.?

Have you added the [*content*] TV to your document? It belongs where you want your content to show up.
