(ERROR @ /index.php) Attempted to redirect to an empty URL.

I am received the following error in a 2.2.4 site four times in the last two hours. How would I track this down? It is very vague.

Do you have your "not found" and "unauthorized" pages set to resources that are published and publicly available? What snippets and plugins do you have that redirect the user? Tracking scripts?

Yes, the "not found" and "unauthorized" are set correctly. The only snippet that redirects users is Login and redirectUsergroups and both work.

I use Google Analytics for a tracking script and I have it the GA module for the dashboard.

Is this a Linux/Apache server? What do your .htaccess rewrite directives look like?

Yes. it is Linux/Apache. the .htaccess is the default MODX htaccess file. I have not modified it except renaming it from ht.access to .htaccess

Any weblinks pointing to an invalid ID/URL?

What plugins can you see in the elements?
