Make Save Button Clickable on Template Change

Can we get this into the system please? It's crucial that users see that they need to Save the resource after changing the template.

Also, see if the "Save" button becomes active if the user clicks somewhere else on the page. That's often the case in MODX forms because the change isn't detected until the field loses focus.

I've already logged it in the tracker here: http://tracker.modx.com/issues/8416 . It does become active if you click somewhere else but changing the template should trigger this to avoid confusion.
