Admin password reset problems

Hi there!
I've problem reseting admin password since it's lost.
I've tried all three ways from here: http://rtfm.modx.com/display/revolution20/Resetting+a+User+Password+Manually
First two steps changes password in datebase, but gives no effect - Manager Login window after login attept shows 'That account could not be located.'
Third - 'Resetting a Password via the API' - shows 'ERROR: No user with username ario', but if i'm looking in datebase - modx_users - username IS 'ario'.

Also login window 'Forgot your Login?' returns 'User not found with that email.' but in datebase clearly IS exact email.

Can't figure out problem.. please help!

Have you also done the following:

• Check that the /core/config/config.inc.php database is pointed to the one your editing
• Validate that the user is not also blocked in the modx_user_attributes table
• Try the forgot password process on the Manager login screen
