I have seen this on older versions of MODX when your session expires, or the connection to the database is lost.

It's strange: I created a new Modx Site on the same Server with the same configurations, there is no such problem ...

I've seen this. Refreshing the whole page usually fixes it.

The Manager uses a ton of javascript, and sometimes with a not-perfect Internet connection it'll drop the last few packets of some js file or another. A whole-page reload makes the browser go for it all again, and it usually makes it through the second time around.

with the new 2.2.5 modx its still the same...

I think im a bit closer to where the error could be...then :

with a same modx installation on the same server there is no problems. The only different is: with the version that works there is no furl active and i only access them over the local-lan directly on the server...

this is what the console puts out with the bad installation (with furl):

                something more:

When I login in the manager on directly on the server there is no such problem! where could be the error? All the path look right...

                any ideas?

Looks like something in a firewall or a timeout setting is causing the scripts being loaded to not be completely loaded, or not be loaded at all.
