I have set up a custom context with a subdomain as is http_host/ site_url.

My script link to the JQueryTools CDN works fine in the web context, but will not execute in the custom context. The script link reads the cdn file, but when attempting to implement it on an selector, I get an "Object has no method 'overlay" (if I am trying to implement the JQueryTools.Overlay code).

Any ideas on why this works on web context and not on a custom context?

Found the issue. Had nothing to do with Custom Contexts.

There was an mxCalendar call on the page, which by defaults loads the JQuery CDN. This was conflicting with my other JQuery CDN declaration on the page.

Setting mxCalendar's &jqLibSrc snippet call parameter to an empty string solved this issue.
