I am looking for some simple 123 etc instructions so that I can easily upload new images into new folders.
I am running evo 1.0.6 and easy2gallery 1.4.8-pl
Its all working fine.
The issue I have is we are changing about 30 galleries from a different external gallery system to this easy2gallery, so Id rather upload the files via ftp.
What Im stuck on is the correct process for creating the new folder in easy2gallery, so the new gallery will quickly appear on the page.
At the moment its taking ages and I have to hit the db, rescan hd, and sync buttons several times in aesy2gallery before the page finally loads the new images.
The current system Im trying is this
1) create new file in easy2gallery from Menu
2) keep name, tag and folder title same for ease
3) upload via ftp all image files to new folder
4) once finished, go into new folder in easy2gallery menu adn start the laborious task if hitting all buttons and tagging until it eventually works.
Im sure Im doing something wrong.
Getting very fustrated, any help welcome.
