change base url after server move

Hi Guys,
I moved server and need to change the value in site_url
I deleted the cache under core/cache, updated the config files, ran set up yet the old domain name persists as the site url in my template. Any ideas where i can change it. Cleared cache in manager and browser too.

Are you doing any of your own rewrites in .htaccess?

It should automatically use the URL you come in on. Did you try from another browser (and did you clear the cookies?).

Thanks Guys, my bad. A context fed the old url domain name to site url.
