Error @ /connectors/workspace/packages.php...

    Going through some errors, I am getting the following:

    [2012-08-02 11:58:29] (ERROR @ /connectors/workspace/packages.php) MODX could not download the file. You must enable allow_url_fopen, cURL or fsockopen to use remote transport packaging.
[2012-08-02 11:58:29] (ERROR @ /connectors/workspace/packages.php) Could not transfer package taglister-1.1.7-pl.transport.zip to /var/www/vhosts/leapfrogit.com/httpdocs/core/packages/.


    I confirmed that the master php.ini enables allow_url_fopen. All of my packages have installed, so not sure why I am getting this error. This is just for taglister, but I am getting for other packages as well.

    Help to resolve is appreciated. thanks,

      Upgrade Articles to the latest and it should go away.
