    Hello. Sorry for my English, I hope you'll understand me. smiley

    If I disable a site on MODX Revolution 2.2.4-pl I see a message like this:
    fa Site temporarily unavailable 0
    With strange symbols before and after my message. After is always 0 and before is bind to length of the message. If I comment this line
    header('HTTP/1.1 503 Service Unavailable');
    in core/model/modx/modrequest.class.php (line 79) the symbols dissapear, but I need this header (503) because of SEO. I've tryed to understand this, but I couldn't.

    Thanks for replies. [ed. note: sandao last edited this post 11 years, 9 months ago.]

      It isn't a hosting, because if I create a simple php file in a directory with
      header('HTTP/1.1 503 Service Unavailable');
      echo "some";
      I have no symbols. But if I create a snippet with
      header('HTTP/1.1 503 Service Unavailable');
      and put it into some page — symbols appear.

        Did you paste that line in from somewhere? If so, try just deleting and retyping it.
