Revo - Cant install TinyMCE

Hi all,

I have installed Revo 2.1.3. but I cant seem to install TinyMCE via packages - it just not listed there.

Can anyone help me out?

I uploaded the zipped file to core>>packages and it appeared in package manager. Was able to install from there
