1) Where communicate the bug and bugfix of the extras?

2) If I wanted to put my funny face in the avatar of my profile,
       which is the official way to do this? You can use gravatar?

Usually bugs for extras are in their respective github repositories. For example, https://github.com/splittingred/Gallery/issues for the Gallery extra. Some of the more commonly used officially sponsored extras are here http://tracker.modx.com/projects/extras

Register your email on gravatar and upload an image there. The email has to be the same that you use here to log in on MODX Forums.

Thanks for reply microchipchip, yes, this is done, I put my email published in the forum,
in other communities, gravatar works fine, but here it does not work for me.

Seems to be working OK for me. In fact, I was a bit startled since I didn't even do anything and the image was there, since I'm logged in here with the same email address I used for my gravitar account, it just automatically pulled in the image.
