Add user save button not working, and no File Manager

Hi all

Have updated a site from 0.9.6 to 1.0.6, and while it is 99% good, have found a couple of oddities.

• When trying to add a user the Save button just doesn't work. No error message, just seems dead.
• The 'File Manager' tab in Configuration is missing.
• In the 'User Interface' tab of the Configuration, I am missing all the TinyMCE options below the field 'Path to CSS file'

I've done many upgrades without a hitch, although this might be the first from 0.9.6 to 1.0.6.

I've seen a couple of people in forum with similar problems in 1.0.4, but none of those solutions worked for me.

I've also re-uploaded the Manager folder from a fresh download, in case a file was corrupted somewhere along the line, but that didn't help.

Modx 1.0.6
PHP 5.3.9
MySQL 5.0.77
Using either Safari or Firefox on a mac.

If anyone has any ideas I'd love to hear them.

I am also having the same issues listed above going from 1.0.3 to 1.0.6.

I fixed the problem by downloading the latest version of tinyMCE for Evo and installing that.

For some reason that fixed all the problems I detailed above. Hope it works for you.

I already updated TinyMCE.
Luckily though I found that by disabling FCKEditor under Elements > Manage Elements > Plugins all the problems disappear for some reason.

I have no idea why though. Someone smarter than me can hopefully shed some light as to why but I know that it does so hopefully that will help someone in the future.
