It looks as though the MODx forums now require the use of Google APIs for searching (where the search box used to be, I now just see "Loading", and appropriate warnings in RequestPolicy and NoScript). I'm not happy with data-hoarding sites, such as Google, knowing when I visit other websites: it's absolutely none of their business what I do elsewhere on the internet.
Can't we have the old standard search box back, or at least a user-configurable option to select it?
