Redirector stops working in Revo 2.2.x

The Redirector package (from splittingred) has stopped working in 2.2.x. It did work in 2.0.8. Has anyone found a fix for this or an alternative package that accomplishes the same thing?

i am using the redirector package with 2.2.4 and i can assure you that it is working. You must be missing something else, maybe your patterns are not correct. You should check them again.

I discovered that the reason I thought it was broken was because a page that had the alias I was trying to redirect from still existed in MODx but was unpublished. Redirector was sending me to that page since I was logged in as an admin on the site. We updated from 2.0.8 to 2.2.4, I'm not sure that this was the same behavior back in 2.0.8 but regardless, it does work. Sorry for the false flags

I've run into this problem on Revo 2.2.4 which was a fresh installation not an upgrade from previous version.

The redirector is definitely not working - will add my name to list of GitHub and hope a solution is forthcoming.

Redirector doesn't work on 2.2.0 either.

For anyone who's stuck, the suggestion is to upgrade. (I'd do this for the site I'm working on, but I'm trying to close it down, and an upgrade seems like overkill in the circumstances.)

Does anybody know if this problem concerning capitalization is a a bug of the latest modx-distribution or is this an old known problem?

Just a stab in the dark as I'm sure you're aware of this, but maybe this part from the ht.access file will help?

But unfortunately it doesn´t work ...

Is this maybe a bug of the Redirector?
