Richtext issue and some questions about settings

First of all, really great addon! This is saving my a$$ on a project. I went thru the doodles tutorial and looked CMPGenerator, etc, but didn't have the time on this project to do all the coding myself (especially ExtJS!). So far this has been great for me.

I'm using this to create a CMP to manage records in a custom table. I've got a configuration with a couple richtext fields on separate tabs. One is a text field with Input TV Type = richtext. The other is a text field with Input TV = altAddress, which is a richtext TV defined in the TV section. Neither is showing TinyMCE (which is installed). What am I missing?

And some other questions:
- What are all the fields for on the MIGXdb-settings tab? How should I use them?
- I want to display a field from another table in my grid (via FK relationship)...how do i do that?
- I want to filter my grid on that same field (FK rel)....how would I do that?
- what's the difference between publish, activate, and publishtarget?

For working with tinyMCE in a MIGXdb - CMP upgrade to the latest MIGX.
tinyMCE didn't work on 2.0.1 in a CMP

And some other questions:

ok, i thought about that. when I clicked "check for updates" in the package manager it said i was already updated to latest version. i see in the MODX extras section that there is a newer version, so I'll upgrade that. That said, there seems to be something wrong with the "check for update" function.

and any further documentation would be great, even if it's a simple bulleted list. just a brief statement.

I have upgraded to 2.2 (latest). One issue I'm having with the CMP only method is that I'm unable to edit a record. I can create an item but when I edit it brings up the window but the field is blank.

ok, i see now that i need to have the primary key in the grid.
