Revo 2.2.4 opening new document when saving an existing one?

So, I have an annoying little problem, as the topic says: "Revo 2.2.4 opening new document when saving an existing one"

Had a client complain about this on Safari/Mac & FireFox/PC then I could replicate on Chrome/FireFox on Pc.

After editing an existing document when the save button is clicked, the document will be saved, but then the browser window will refresh with a blank new document ...

tried dumping caches [both browser and modx] fiddled with the manager system settings ... no change.

has anyone seen this & have a solution?

Sounds like you have the Add Another on save activated, top right corner theres 3 little icons, middle one is continue editing so click that and it will be remembered ;o)

Don't know why it should be doing that; there are the little buttons to the right to choose what to do after saving, but the default should be to leave the resource open.

Which of the three action buttons is highlighted?

hard to say - maybe the client inadvertently clicked it & it got cached or something dunno - I've noticed that the resource tree can sometimes changes states when I log in if someone else was working on it before... seems to have solved itself for now.
