Update Notify for the Package Manager not always working

For some of the extras I have released updates for they no longer appear to send/receive updates to the Package Manager. Some of the ones I have updated do send out the notice to update. The two extras that don't seem to send out the notices are SlideshowManager and ChuchEventsCalendar.

I would like to know if I missed something that is or should be obvious or if this is a problem with the MODX side.

I've noticed not everyone was getting notices on VersionX 2.0.0rc3 either, but am not sure about what causes it.
