    Hi,

Does anyone know if it is possible to login on rtfm.modx.com? so we can ask questions and leave examples on the RTFM pages.
A LOT of those could do with some more examples.
I trieds with my modx account but is doesn't seem to work.

Thanks for your interest in helping make the Docs better. We currently have limited access to documentation contributions and do not have commenting for the docs like you might see at PHP.net. We happily wellcome your proposed improvements, changes and examples, for now, you can submit them to http://tracker.modx.com/projects/docs/issues and refer to the page or section with a link to it.

We are going to be revisiting the system to allow more documenters as well as to provide better ways to enable feedback. For anyone interested in becoming a contributor to the documentation, the process starts by signing the CLA and then through contributions to add-on docs. Submitting changes, improvements and examples to the tracker is another way to demonstrate quality and capacity.

        Hi Jay,

Actualy i was planning on posting some noob-questions here and there so the real coders could augment the manuals with some more in depth clairity and more example code.
Sometimes the really smart guys don't understand the thoughts of a noob.
For example a lot of times there is some great code in a manual but not an explanation where to put it, a snippet, a php file...

I'll wait for the revisited system in eager anticipation smiley

The perspective of MODXers just starting out is critical to building good docs. Often times coders and those immersed deeply in a project can lose perspective of the beginner's mind. Additionally, not everyone is a great teacher or writer. We value all contributions large and small from everyone to make the documentation for MODX better and better.

            Ok then,

i'lll sign/submit the CLA and start giving some perspective. Although i don't consider myself a beginner as such i do feel i want to break through a ceiling to the next level. I only hope enough people will get acces to the RTFM so good solutions can also be posted.
