install failed because MODx could not unpack core.transport.zip package

Hi there,

Having trouble with an install...
"install failed because MODx could not unpack core.transport.zip package"

I've set core/packages and core to 777 but no luck,
any ideas?

OK, so I've manually unpacked the core.transport folder, but on the Install Options screen it won't let me check the 'core package has been manually uppacked box'.
In fact it won't let me check any of the boxes or move any of the radio buttons. Tried in Chrome Mozilla and IE9.

If you've been using ftp to transfer the files unpacked, start over and ftp the zipped MODX install file to the server and then unpack it via the server's file manager instead.

Its on a cheap shared server which doesn't seem to have any file management facility

OK SOLVED from other forum thread. The culprit was an outdated ZIP library.
