I'm in the process of migrating 30 Revo sites of various versions from one server to another. When the site is running 2.1.3-pl, I've noticed that after migration, I'm unable to save any Resource which uses a template variable containing certain HTML tags.
For example, one site has a 120 pages and on each page there is a Google Map. The Google Map code is placed within a template variable. Since the migration, I am unable to save any changes to any fields on those pages due to the presence of the iframe in the TV. The "Please Wait... Saving" progress bar sits there indefinitely. If I remove the content from the TV, it saves normally. If I put the iframe in a chunk then call the chunk within the TV, that works. But I'm not about to create 120 chunks.
In another site, TVs are used for Paypal button codes. The presence of the <input> tag in the TV text field caused the page not to save, yet it worked fine before the migration.
In both cases, they're on 2.1.3-pl and the TV is of type TextArea with a default output. I've run the installer and there were no errors/warnings. The server's running:
• Apache 2.2.22
• PHP 5.3.10
• MySQL 5.1.63
Is there a system setting or server setting I need to check? Any other thoughts?
