How would one go about showing/hiding TVs for specific resources?

With Evo, this can be done with ManagerManager and some PHP conditionals in the mm_rules chunk.

I guess you should go here: "Security > Form Customization > Create New Profile > Create New Set"

Now you can set:
Constraint field: id
Constraint: Resource ID Here

It doesn't seem to work with a list of comma separated IDs though.
