I've migrated a site from one server to another and everything checks out well and functions properly apart from the fact that all the icons (ie. the House, folder and document icons) in the Resource tree have disappeared (attached screenshot). I'm running 2.2.2-pl and have run the installer again, repaired tables, cleared the cache, removed cache files but no luck.
Perhaps a path is wrong somewhere or the icon image files have gone missing? And if so, where do I find these settings/files? Any other suggestions?

Try turning off the compress_js and compress_css System Settings.

Bob, you are the MAN! Every time I post something it seems you're the one who comes up with a fix! Icons are back and things are working fine. And I know I've mentioned this before, but the tutorials on your website were the first MODX resources I found that made me switch to Evo some years ago. So thanks again - your knowledge and contribution is invaluable.
compress_js was already off - I remember during installation on the new server, there was a warning stating that JS couldn't be compressed due to some condition but no mention of CSS. Turning compress_css off returned my icons. Do you think the condition that caused JS to be "unminified" also requires that CSS not be compressed?

I don't know, but others have reported that having both settings off doesn't seem to affect page-load speeds so I usually just leave them off.
