I have Modx 2.2.4, but i can't change a template.
can somebody help me please?

If you use right click on a resource, can you change the template with quick update or quick create?
The old answer to this used to be to check your PHP, MySQL, and server time settings, then set the MODX default_timezone in settings to match the PHP time. Such as "America/LosAngeles". But that was supposed to be fixed in 2.2.3 and the most recent install I have worked with is 2.2.4 where this wasn't an issue (fixed).
If you can't use quick update/create, your issue is likely not due to the default_timezone but it's worth a look see through the settings anyway.
Frogabog's idea is the most likely, but it won't hurt to manually delete all the files in the core/cache directory and clear your browser cache and cookies (especially if you upgraded to 2.2.4).

I can change the template with quick update and quick create.
I have tested the value of php settings 'Timezone Database' and 'Default timezone' in 'date_timezone' MODX settings, and that work not.
The cache of MODX and the browser is cleared and that helpt not.
The value of Timezone Database is internal
The value of Default timezone is UTC

The default_timezone setting within the MODX manager should match the PHP timezone setting. It looks like this:
America/LosAngeles
Try adding the appropriate PHP timezone to the MODX default_timezone setting (check PHP, then match that setting).
