File Upload Problem - Revo 2.2.0

Using the manager UI, I'm trying to upload a 3MB file to a specific directory (set to 777). I changed the upload file size setting in System Settings to allow files up to 8MB. However, when I upload the file, it acts like it worked, no errors. Says, "Ok." screenshot: http://dl.dropbox.com/u/410355/Screenshots/2b.png

Clicking on the folder or "refreshing directory" shows no change.

Basic question but what is the max_file_size setting in you php.ini? maybe the source of your problem...

It's set to 2MB after looking there. I've asked my IT dept to change that after using the htaccess method did not yield the result I was looking for.
