I have a menu where I want have a weblink which redirects to different page but not inside currently browsed page....like a target _blank. Any ideas?

Add target="_blank" to the Link Attributes when creating / editing the weblink
To complete what Peulp ha said, you might have to add [[*link_attribute]] to your menu template in order to make use of it.
From my experience, the "link attribute" content isn't automatically applied to links to the resource in question.
