I've just started developing a project outside of Modx and I'd like to use xPDO for all my database-related stuff.

I've done some research, but I can't figure out what version of xPDO is the latest.

This git (modxcms / xpdo) is called xPDO complete project
    While
This git (modxcms / xpdo-core) is called The xPDO Core

In addition there are several other gits that have not been updated in forever. Same goes for the download I was able to find at xpdo.org (the official page).

In addition again, there is a rep in http://tracker.modx.com/projects/xpdo/repository" target="_blank" rel="nofollow">the tracker, but it does not look like it's been updated for a while either.

As far as I can see xPDO is still being developed, but where can I download the latest version?

If you just want the core files (and not the build, tests, etc.), use the xpdo-core project; this is what is subtree merged into the revolution github repository. The master branch is always the latest stable release on xpdo and xpdo-core at github. You can get the latest unstable development work and bugfixes from the develop branch of either project as well.

Otherwise, you can get the latest package for download at http://xpdo.org/downloads.html — 2.1.5 is there, posted 6/5/2012.

I have just recently updated tickets in the xPDO tracker as well, and please feel free to add issues to the tracker if you have identified any... smiley

Thanks a lot opengeek (by the way, at the office where I work you are a living legend! Greeting from Norway!).

Cipa; you could try the documentation?
