The pages are not the same. In the other pages you have the following structure:

In the page that doesn't work you have the following structure:

As you can see header, footer and right column are in the wrong place.
Or, at least, this is what I see with Firebug. My first guess is that
you have an unclosed tag somewhere. I can't spot exactly where because there are too many invalid tags in the page. Remove the invalid tags and the problem will probably go away.
