I want know if i can install modx on a subfolder, and later move modx to another without issues
or maybe i wil need to re-install modx on that other folder?
Yes, you can do that. You'll have to run Setup again in the new location, but none of your content will be touched.
The process will be the same as described here:

Occasionally, you have to adjust some of the paths manually, but it's definitely doable.
